Attached is a deed of easement for the ACSA easement. If you will return an original signed plat to me along with original signed deeds of easement for the SWM Facility and ACSA easements, we can take care of having them recorded. Thank you. There are no modifications required for the plat itself. Therefore: 1. Once Engineering (David J. and their team) provide you with the SWM easement deed of dedication, and once he say that it is ready for the owners signature, please also send around the plat for signature, notarization and the surveyors seal. 2. Please note that Planning will be keeping one of the signed original plats. Therefore you should submit 2 or 3 sets of signed, notarized, and sealed original plats. 3. Once a both the original plat sets, and the SWM easement deed of dedication, are signed by all the owners and the plat is sealed by the surveyor, then please provide all of the original plat sets to David J. in addition to the direction he gives you on the deed. I am on vacation next week, so David J. has agreed to be the point of contact for submitting the signature sets of the plat. 4. David will Shepard getting the County Signatures on the SWM easement deed of dedication. Follow any direction he gives you on that document. 5. If I am not yet back from vacation by the time all of this is finished then David J. will reach out to the appropriate people in planning for the last step in the approval.
