W/ Foothill Crossing, Ph V - Easement Plat The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments, and those provided by other Site Review Committee, SRC, members, have been satisfactorily addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14-303(A)] Statement of consent. Revise the statement of consent language to align with the name of the easement noted on the plat map. 2. [14-302(A)] Vicinity map. Revise the Vicinity Map to identify the subject property (TMP 56A2-01-72A). 3. [14-302(B)] Stream buffers. Revise Note 7 to remove references to the water protection ordinance buffer. There are no stream buffers on the subject property (TMP 56A2-01-72A). 4. [Comment] Parcel identification. Label TMP 56-57133 on the plat. 5. [14-203] Fee. There is an outstanding fee on the application. Please submit payment for the remaining fee of $9.48 (Technology surcharge). 6. [General Comment] Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision dates) of each subsequent version of the plat. 7. [General Comment] Be advised that a private improvement maintenance agreement for the portion of the sidewalk on TMP 56A2-01-72Awill be required with the final site plan for Glenbrook at Foothills Ph V (SDP202100013). In accordance with the provisions of Z.O.14-229 of the County Code, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the applicant.
