V - Easement Plat Dear Ms. Gleason: I have reviewed your comment letter dated August 12, 2021 and offer the following responses. My response are below in red. 1. [14-303(A)] Statement of consent Revise the statement of consent language to align with the name of the easement noted on the plat map. The statement of consent language has been revised to include the correct name of the easement 2. [14-302(A)] Vicinity map. Revise the Vicinity Map to identify the subject property (TMP 56A2-01-72A). The vicinity map has been revised to only include the subject property (TMP 56A2-01-72A). 3. [14-302(B)] Stream buffers. Revise Note 7 to remove references to the water protection ordinance buffer. There are no stream buffers on the subject property (TMP 56A2-01-72A). Note #7 has been revised to remove the reference to the water protection ordinance buffer. 4. [Comment] Parcel identification. Label TMP 56-57133 on the plat TMP 56-57133 has been labeled on the plat S. [14-203] Fee. There is an outstanding fee on the application. Please submit payment for the remaining fee of $9.48 (Technology surcharge). Acknowledged. The outstand fee will be paid. 6. [General Comment] Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat Acknowledged. The plat includes the original date and revision date. 7. [General Comment] Be advised that a private improvement maintenance agreement for the portion of the sidewalk on TMP 56A2-01-72A will be required with the final site plan for Glenbrook at Foothills Ph V (SDP202100013).
