RESTRICTIONS for CASCADIA SUBDIVISION, is made this 20th day of October, 2017, by Towne District,
LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, its successors or assigns, and, Cascadia Development, LLC, a
Virginia limited liability company, its successors or assigns (hereinafter referred to as "Declarant"
whether one or more).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Article VIII, Section 1 and Article XIV, Section 2 of the Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions for Cascadia Subdivision,dated December 4,2015, as recorded in the Clerk's
Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed Book 4712, Page 104, as amended in
Deed Book 4732, Page 678, Deed Book 4823, Page 163, Deed Book 4886, Page 660, and Deed Book
