Dear Mr. Lahendro,
This letter is in response to the Letter of Request application dated July 26, 2021. The Department of
Community Development hereby grants approval of site plan modifications shown and labeled on the
attached plans titled "St. John Family Life & Fitness Center" prepared by B. Clark Gathright, LLC and
dated June 22, 2021. Modifications include changes to the parking and area surrounding the "Existing
Building".
This is the first LOR for this site. Please note that a total of three (3) LORs are allowed before all required
changes must be submitted as a site plan amendment.
