Good Afternoon Everyone,
I am writing to see if we can locate a Final Site Plan that was submitted for county signature. The file number is
SDP202000080 and is titled Green Clean at 3290 Worth Xing. According to the Applicant's attached FedEx delivery
confirmation it was delivered on 8/6. 1 was in the office on 8/11 and did not see it and I just called Jeff Baker today and
asked him to check my mailbox/office/etc. and he said he could not locate it either. If anyone has seen this Site Plan
please let me know. Thanks so much!

Did you receive confirmation that they were delivered? I was in on Wednesday and did not see them and I had Cameron

get the easement recorded and have added that information to the plans. Our question is about the seal. With this
being the final submission, can we submit these plans with wet seals now or will we need to do that after you confirm
the plans are acceptable and approvable. Will you also confirm the number of required sets needed to be submitted?

I've sent him an email as well. So, once I have his approval the Plans will be ready to be signed. It sounds like based on
the email chain you just sent me that everything has been addressed, but I need confirmation from him. If you are
confident he will have no objections I would say you could go ahead and submit the sealed plans for approval. Since
Covid the lead Planner has been signing the Site Plan on behalf of all other reviewers, so I just wanted to get his approval
in writing to me before doing so.

This revision addresses all of Planning's comments. The approval of this Plat is therefore pending any additional ACSA
comment. Once ACSA provides no objection please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat to the Community
Development Department for signatures. Please have all applicable parties sign the easement plat and have it notarized.
Once I receive the signed plats I will then come into the office to have a designated Agent for the Board of Supervisors
sign it. Once the Agent has signed it I will keep one copy for our records and return the other to you.

After reviewing this a bit further with Cameron I have added a couple additional minor comments. The updated
comment letter is attached and the comments are copied below:
1. [14-302 (B)(5)] Per Albemarle County GIS, portions of this property lie within the Steep Slopes Overlay
District. Please revise Note 1 to include "Steep Slopes— Managed" as an applicable Overlay District.
2. [14-302 (A)(15)] Please include the owner's address. According to Albemarle County GIS the owner is "Green Clean
Charlottesville LLC" and the address is 5215 Colley Ave Suite 109 Norfolk, VA 23508"
3. [14-302 (A)] Please provide a callout to the proposed easement clearly identifying and labeling it on the Plat. As it
appears now there is some confusion whether it is a part of the 20' ACSA Waterline & Fire Hydrant Easement or the
20' ACSA Sanitary Sewer Easement.
As mentioned before this Plat is pending these minor revisions and any ACSA comment/follow up.

Richard, can you please review the attached Easement Plat when you can? It should be a pretty quick and straight
forward review. I only have one minor comment myself, to edit a note on the Plat. The Applicant is copied for any follow
up. This Easement Plat is tied to the Final Site Plan SDP202000080 Green Clean at 3290 Worth Xing and must be
approved and recorded prior to Final Site Plan approval.
Carter, apologies for this Plat not coming to me sooner. County View indicates in was "received" on 5/11 which pushed
it to the 5/24 submittal date, since we have been distributing plats/plans every two weeks. It may have came in on 5/7
like you mentioned and it got overlooked on the 5/10 submittal date. Very sorry for that. What is good news though is
that I have reviewed this Plat and I only have the one minor comment. This Plat would then be pending that one minor
revision and any ACSA comment/follow up.

You can submit the Site Plan for review if you would like, but I believe Site Plan approval would be pending the
Easement Plat approval for the application that was just submitted. That easement plat will (SUB2021-92) needs to be
approved and recorded and the applicable instrument numbers will need to be added to the Site Plan prior to Site Plan

4. Provide desired flow rate, to confirm water meter size.
5. Include TD-11 `Typical Service Tap Abandonment" detail.
