The regular meeting of the PIPnninq C,,mm'ssion was held in the County Board Room at 1Oz00 a.m. ' Members present were Mrs -Smith and Simmons, Messrs. Bain, chairman, B-irdsong, iayloe, Smith, Wade, Shepherd, Omohundro and Randolph. Chairman opened the mee+ing with prAger. Chairman appointed Mr. Robinson and Mrs. Simmons. Mr. Shepherd reported on a survey made by Dr. Birdsong and Mr. Shepherd on axi sti nq commercial estabI i shments and on pr oposed requl at ions on sub -divisions, as prepared b,', the City Planning Cornmission, Y,hich pro- posals would ¢over a three-mile belt Around Charlottesville.
