2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 6, 1981, August 4 and September 15, 1981
3. DEFERRED ITEMS:
SP-82-9 Augusta Lumber & Supply, Inc. - Deferred fran April 6,
1982. Request in accordance with Section 10.2.2 of the Zoning
Ordinance to locate a permanent sawmill on 27.930 acres zoned RA.
Property is located on the western side of Route 712, opposite
Route 813 and approximately 600 feet northwest of the Southern
Railroad, at the existing Augusta Lumber site near North Garden.
County Tax Map 99, Parcel 49A, Samuel Miller Magisterial District.
4. PUBLIC HEARING:
7:50 p.m. (a) SP-82-15 Thomas A. Moore - Request, in accordance with
Section 15.2.2 of the Zoning Ordinance, to locate a private
school in an existing private residence at 107 Middlesex Drive.
Property consists of 0.23 acre (9,865 square feet), zoned R-4.
County Tax Map 61K, Parcel 08-C-11, Charlottesville Magisterial
District. Located off Ricky Road at intersection of Middlesex
Drive and King George Circle.

acre fran R-1 to HC with proffer to limit use to machinery and
equipment sales, service and rental; and uses in HC zone that
are permitted under C-1 as they may be established under C-1
regulations. County Tax Map 90, Parcel 35C, Scottsville
Magisterial District. Located on eastern side of Route 742
(Avon Street Extended), approximately 3/4 mile north of
intersection of Route 742 and Route 20 South.
