2. DEFERRED ITEMS
(a)
Bruce Campbell Medical Office Building Site Plan -
Located on the north side of the intersection of
Routes 601 and 665 at Free Union; proposal to locate
a 2440 square foot residence and a 1423 square foot
medical office building on a 3.75 acre site. White
Hall Magisterial District (Tax Map 29, Parcel 29).
3. REGULAR ITEMS
7:40 p.m. (a)
Office Condominium Complex, Phase II and III Site
Plan - Located on the north side of Old Ivy Road
and southeast side of Route 855, northwest of the
Route 29/250 Bypass; proposal to locate two office
buildings, 8,000 and 9,250 square feet respectively
to be three stories with an English basement on a
2.141 acre tract. Jack Jouett Magisterial District
(Tax Map 60, Parcel 24). Requests deferral until
February 15, 1983.
7:45 p.m. (b)
Earlysville Forest, Section Five, Final Plat - Located
off the north side of Route 743, off the east side
of Earlysville Forest Drive in the Earlysville PRD,
west of the Charlottesville -Albemarle Airport; a
proposal to divide 36.70 acres into 24 lots with an
average lot size of 1.529 acres and 14.38 acres in
open space. There are +142 residue acres. Rivanna
Magisterial District (Tax Map 31, a portion of
Parcel 31).
7:55 p.m. (c)
Forest Hill Associates Site Plan Amendment - Located
on the west side of Hunter's Way, off the north side
of Route 250 East and west of Lowe's of Charlottesville;
proposal to locate a temporary storage building
(2,250 square feet)/future contractor's office on a
4.09 acre tract with an existing building. The area
of clearing and parking has been expanded from the
previously -approved plan. Rivanna Magisterial
District (Tax Map 78, Parcel 49B).
8:10 p.m. (d)
Hickory Ridge, Section III and IV Final Plat and
Commercial Area Final Plat - Located off the west
and north side of Route 665, north of Route 662 in
the Hickory Ridge PUD; proposal to divide in Section
III and IV, 66.88 acres into 39 lots leaving 66.7
acres in common area. Proposal also to create a
5.0 acre parcel for commercial use and dedicate
right-of-way. White Hall Magisterial District (Tax
Map 30Al and 30A3, Parcel 1).
