We're good with this grading plan. The only thing we'll need to know now is equipment being used in and around the
pipeline to do a load analysis. If you want, you can just send the year, make, and model of the biggest, heaviest piece of
equipment you'll be using and where.
Also, please refer to va811.com before starting construction.

We appreciate your patience here. We've looked at the grading schedule and compared to the test holes that were dug,
we feel pretty confident that this will be okay. Just one question: that top red circle in this version, could you or your
engineer please elaborate on the grade change here? I'm thinking it's only inches, just want to verify.

On paper, this looks like it'll work. However, we recommend taking test holes at these locations I have circled in red on
your grading plan. We think it should be fine, but we'll need to know 100%. Second, do you know where the setback lines
will be? Specifically around Lot 14. Just with our easement crossing paths with the lot we'll need to know. Third, we will
need the equipment used during grading and construction for us to do a load analysis on the pipe itself. A year, make and
model of the equipment used will be good enough.
