One copy of each plat is needed. V 2. Seventeen copies of the narrative can be dropped off at the front office,along with the other items. V 3. Listing the request in the narrative is fine. V 4. For the stepbacks,describing what you just noted should be fine. We will evaluate during the first review if anything more is needed for you to address. 15. Include the amenity expansion as part of your request to have us consider the tot lot modification. I hope this helps. Let me or Tori know if you need further clarification. We shall visit County records to get the recoded plats. Do you want 17 copies? 2. We forgot the narrative,attached,which was to have been bound into the booklets. Shall we deliver 17 copies to slip sheet into the submission,or would you like us to pick up the brochures and rebind them with this inclusion? 3. Is there a "waiver/modification"form,or is listing requests in the narrative sufficient?We mention the parking reduction. 4. We provide stepbacks fronting Rio for the two 4 story buildings and don't need one on the 3 story north building. Are we asking for a waiver for the 15 feet dimension since an angled stepback is provided, not all of which is 15 feet from face of building? (BTW, all of the stepbacks are more than 15 feet from property line)? Please advise. 5. We can expand our amenities description to reference what we ARE providing in lieu of a tot lot..Shall we add the tot lot as a waiver request? .
