Engineering has reviewed the easement plat and offers the following:

a. Note: Once all plat reviewers comments are addressed and final revision date is set, Engineering
will format deeds for SWM facility and public drainage easement dedication for Applicant review
and notarized signature. Applicant to record deeds with easement plat, either prior to or with the
final subdivision plat. (Rev. 1, 2) Applicant response (letter, 6/23/21 , 8/19/21): `Will await deeds
from Engineering.' (Rev. 2) Update: Engineering has sent formatted template deeds of dedication
(SWM facility /public drainage easement) to county attorney's office (CAO) for their review.
Please wait for CAD review prior to submitting notarized deeds or plats for this project. We will
notify RGA once CAO review is complete. Note: to the extent retaining walls are proposed within
VDOT RW, and VDOT review of detailed retaining wall design is pending, any request for
change to walls may have ripple effect on this easement plat —and could require additional plat
revision. Another reason not to rush, and bear in mind that the ROAD plan (with retaining walls
in VDOT right-of-way) is, as of this writing, not yet approved by VDOT.
a. Recommend dimension lines for L5 (IF -to -IF) to clarify L5 is not to Leaning PF. (Rev. 1)

i. Unless change in direction of easement calls is clearly apparent, provide visible endpoints between
all RW calls and easement line segments for comparison with approved WPO and ROAD plans,
and future lot /parcel owner benefit. (Rev. 1) Addressed.
j. Provide visible endpoints between all RC-RW transitions since precise location is not apparent.
This is particularly important to county and lot owners. (Rev. 1) Addressed. Aoolicant: `Nodes
have been added throughout. The right of way will be dimensioned again at the time of
subdivision platting which will be much clearer for all involved. At the moment it is just to
provide context and something tangible to tie the easements to.'
