The proposal is for a residential apartment building containing 112 multi -family dwelling units. Our firm represents the prospective purchaser of the property. I have attached a draft response letter that addresses all of the issues that we seek confirmation of, such that I believe it is self-explanatory, but should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. You provided a similar letter of zoning confirmation, dated October 7, 2020, regarding Block D-1 in Stonefield. Because most of the land use regulations applicable to this request also apply to Block D-1, I have attached your previous letter regarding Block D-1 for reference.
