The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-301] Please submit the Plat printed to scale or digitally scaled appropriately. The first submission
does not appear to be to scale. This comment has been addressed.
2. [14-302(A)(3)] Please include the recorded instrument reference number for Advance Mills Rd.
According to the Plat recorded in Deed Book 4229 page 3 the instrument reference for State Route 743 is
Deed Book 677 page 799. This comment has been addressed.
3. [14-302(A)(15)] Please correct the deed book reference in Note 1. The deed book and page number is
Deed Book 5418 page 667, not Deed Book 5481. This comment has been addressed.
4. [14-302(B)(1)] Please add a date of revision. This comment has been addressed.
5. [14-302(B)(9)(10)] Based on Albemarle County GIS data it does not appear that any of the property is
within the flood plain or the stream buffer. Please remove note 8 from the Plat. This comment has been
addressed.
6. [14-303(A)(P)] Once the Plat has been revised please have the statement of consent to division re -signed
and notarized by all applicable parties. Please clearly label the notary panel. This comment has been
addressed.

RE: Review of Proposed Subdivision Plat as part of a Boundary Line Adjustment between Tax Map
Parcels 20-16M 1 and 20-1012 located in Albemarle County, Virginia (SUB202100086).
Dear Mr. McCollum:
On May 12, 2021, the County of Albemarle requested the Virginia Department of Health (via the Albemarle
County Health Department) review the proposed boundary line adjustment identified above. This letter is to
inform you that the above referenced plat is approved in accordance with the provisions of the Code of
Virghtia, the Selvage flandlLrg and Disposal Regulations, and local ordinances.
Pursuant to § 360 of the Regulations this approval is not an assurance that Sewage Disposal System
Construction Permits will be issued for any lot in the subdivision identified above rayless that lot is specifically
identified on the above referenced plat as having an approved site for an onsite sewage disposal system, and
unless all conditions and circumstances are present at the time of application for a permit as are present at the
time of this approval. This subdivision may contain lots that to do not have approved sites for onsite sewage
systems.
This boundary line adjustment does pertain to the requirements of local ordinances.
