The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed. Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference
from the Subdivision/ Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.
1. [14-308.1] Tier II Groundwater Assessment is complete; results are attached.
2. [14-309, 14-310, and 14-416] Soils evaluations for Parcel A and the residue of TMP 98-4 have been
received and forwarded to the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) for review. A response letter dated
August 10, 2021 from VDH is attached.
3. [14-316] The plat has been forwarded to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for review
and approval of the proposed entrances onto public streets. A response letter dated August 17, 2021
from VDOT is attached.
