Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/ Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-308.1] Tier II Groundwater Assessment is complete; results are attached. 2. [14-309, 14-310, and 14-416] Soils evaluations for Parcel A and the residue of TMP 98-4 have been received and forwarded to the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) for review. A response letter dated August 10, 2021 from VDH is attached. 3. [14-316] The plat has been forwarded to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for review and approval of the proposed entrances onto public streets.
