Thank you for your comments dated February 3, 2021 on the above referenced project. The following provides a summary of how
the comments have been addressed:
FSP Comment Response letter: (SDP202000049)
Planning Comments:
1. Comment #10—The Drainage and Utility easement plat has been recorded. The recorded DB/PG has been added to the
site plan, as requested.
2. Comment #27 —The other review comments from ACSA have previously been addressed on 5/27/2021. The updated
plans include sheet 8, addressing Engineering's final comment on the site plan. All remaining comments from the
reviewers have been addressed.
ACSA Comments.,
1. A note has been added to sheet 4 about reusing the existing corp stop for the water line lateral to the building.
2. Per the email correspondence between CE and ACSA on 5/7/21 the location of the waterline has been updated per the
potholing and the waterline does not run behind the proposed retaining wall. This comment has been addressed.
Engineering Comments:
1. Comment #10—The final VSMP has been uploaded for approval.
2. Comment #11—The drainage and utility easement plat has been recorded.
3. Comment #17 —Sheet 8 has been included with the final plans for signature.
