the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Albemarle,
Virginia, in Deed Book 4745,page 137;being a portion of the.property
conveyed to Avon Properties; LLC, a Virginia limited liability company,
by deed from Bonnie Sue Elliott, Shelia Ann Smith, Lisa M. Reed
(formerly known as Lisa M. Dickens), and William M. Marshall, Special
Commissioner, dated September 6, 2002,recorded September 11, 2002, in
the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Albemarle,
