of COVID protocols and since I am not in the office unless required.

I wanted to touch base with you, as a follow up to our 7/16 phone call, in reference to the SUB2020-66 TMP 31-26E1 &
31-26F BLA review.
You and I chatted on the phone that day about you reaching out to your client about how to move forward.
Have you gotten their input yet?
Just as a reminder, we cannot approve the plat as submitted and if not revised to meet the requirements specified it
will have to be denied if it is not withdrawn.
I had reached out to you to see if the owner is willing to revised the plat to provide the required minimum width, if
they want to withdraw the plat, or if I should deny the plat as submitted.
If you and your client want to move forward, with a revision to the plat meeting all the minimum requirements,
please let me know asap.

It is my opinion that the subdivision cannot be approved because it would cause a violation of 4.6.1.
Please put this on legal for tomorrow so we can get an opinion from the County Attorney and the Zoning
Administrator before taking action.

4.6.1 Minimum lot width shall be at least the same distance as the frontage required for the district in which such lot
is located. The depth of front and rear yards shall be established where minimum lot width is achievable but shall
not be less in depth than required for the district in which such lot is located. Minimum lot width shall be maintained
between the front and rear yard. Lot width shall not be reduced under section 4.6.1(b).

A. Review. The agent shall review the final plat for compliance with all requirements, and shall make a good faith
effort to identify all deficiencies, if any, during review of the plat. The agent shall consider the recommendation
of the site review committee as to whether the plat complies with all applicable requirements and any
statement by the subdivider. The agent also may consider any other evidence pertaining to the plat's
compliance with the requirements of this chapter as deemed necessary for a proper review of the plat.
