Dear Mr. Tucker:
A review of the property frontage on Route 676 indicates that private en-
trance locations are available which would have adequate sight distance. I under-
stand it is intended that the property be divided into two tracts of approximately
4 and 4.6 acres in the area. Both tracts would have a suitable entrance location.
