Benton Patterson 1317 Grove Road RE: Triangle Trailer Park Charlottesville, Virginia 22901 Dear Mr. Patterson: As you are well aware, the 90-day period granted to you by the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors to make repairs and connect to public sewer has expired. Little progress has been made as far as installing sewer line to the main sewer, however, it is our understanding that the final plans are to be submitted to the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority for approval within the next few days. Meanwhile the leakage from the septic systems still poses an eminent health hazard and must be taken care of. Until such time as connection has been made to public sewer, this department insists that the septic tanks be pumped so as to not allow any leakage whatsoever. This implies that the tanks may need to be pumped even on a daily basis. We also request that you obtain a contract with a septic tank pumper to pump these tanks and that a copy of the contract be submitted to this depart- ment. It is imperative that this problem be attended to. Please feel free to contact me at the Thomas Jefferson Health Department (972-6251) should you have any questions. Sincerely, (L14z434J G.
