Tompkins , Zoning Administrator DATE: October 11 , 1985 RE: Hideaway Hotel (Apartments) Tax Map 59 , Parcel 16A (Reference your memo dated 9/16/85) As we discussed earlier this week , I think it is appro- priate in this case to assign a development right (one each) to the hotel structure , the cinderblock residence , and the mobile home . This means that further residential development on the 6 . 62 acre parcel could not occur . I believe it would be appropriate for the property owner to replace the mobile home with a single-family dwelling if he so desired . It is my understanding that the subdivision issue will be handled by you. This office will process Mr . Martin ' s request for metering on the hotel structure .
