Our firm represents GREEN CLEAN CHARLOTTESVILLE LLC in connection with
a loan from MidCap Financial Trust to secure the above -referenced property (the 'Property".)
In connection with this matter, the lender has requested a letter from Albemarle County
indicating the zoning classification of the property, the permitted uses for the classification, and
that the following have not been violated:
(a) Area, width or depth of the land as building site for the structure;
(b) Floor space area of the structure;
(c) Setback of the structure from the property lines of the land;
(d) Height of the structure; and
(e) Parking
We have enclosed a proposed letter for your review. If the enclosed letter meets with
your approval, please have the letter typed on the letterhead Albemarle County and return the
executed letter to my attention, emailing me a copy please. This matter is scheduled to close
on September 7 h so any help in expediting the receipt of the letter will be greatly appreciated.
We have have paid your fee online in the amount of $227.76 for the cost of obtaining
the zoning letter.

Gentlemen:
We are writing in response to your recent request for a letter from our offices regarding
the zoning classification of that certain real property located in Albemarle County, Virginia and
more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
(the 'Property") currently owned by GREEN CLEAN CHARLOTTESVILLE LLC. This letter is
to advise you that the Property is located within the zoning classification designated by the
Zoning Ordinance of Albemarle County, Virginia (the "Zoning Ordinance"). The Zoning
Ordinance permits those uses outlined on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference within zoning classification . The operation of a car wash is one of the uses
permitted in zoning classification _ under the Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Ordinance
requires parking spaces.
The following have not been violated:
(a) Area, width or depth of the land as building site for the structure;
(b) Floor space area of the structure;
(c) Setback of the structure from the property lines of the land;
(d) Height of the structure; and
(e) Parking
