While entering this plan into our tracking system I also noticed that the ESC plan (WPO-2008-0007) was given approval over a year ago (2/6/2009) and is therefore voided per 17-204.F: G. An approved erosion and sediment control plan shall be void if the owner fails to obtain a grading. building or other permit for activities involving land disturbing activities within one (1) year after the date of the approval. Please provide a completed WPO application and $300 fee for the review of an ESC plan as soon as you can. Please let me know if you have any questions. The alley on the previous plan was eliminated. This changed the numbering of the drainage structures slightly. All drainage calculations were revised accordingly and resubmitted. 2. A separate drainage system was designed to capture the site drainage into the intermittent stream bordering the project to the east and convey this directly to Carroll Creek in order to satisfy the water quantity requirement for this project. This is reflected in Appendix A of the Stormwater Management Plan Narrative, and calculations for the additional drainage system. 3. In regard to the"Checklist"items previously referenced in your review,the only items that we are aware that still need to be addressed are: a) Providing you with a copy of the applicable permits and; b) Providing you with a completed Stormwater Management Agreement for recordation. We will furnish copies of the permits as soon as they are available and will submit the maintenance agreement along with the final subdivision plat submission.
