The County will try to make inspections within thirty days of receipt of this request and the required fee. Bonds will not be reduced below 20%of the original amount. This amount is held until acceptance cif the bonded improvements. If this inspection is for a public or private street which is not bonded,the$250 fee applies and it will be processed as an inspection per the Subdivision Ordinance. For Site Development Performance bonds, if landscape installation is part of the bonded incomplete site work,a request for reduction should only be made once all site work is complete and the project is ready to start the one-year landscape maintenance period. Bonds for landscape maintenance are 33.3%.of the total landscaping value and are maintained at that amount for the one-year maintenance period.
