THIS DEED, made this L72� day of July 1967,'by and
between Homer J. Faw, Jr., and Jane R. Faw, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as parties of the first part, and Di-
versified Leasing Company, Inc., a North Carolina Corporation,
hereinafter referred to as party of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty -Nine
Thousand Dollars ($29,000.00), the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged,
The parties of the first part hereby GRANT, BARGAIN,
SELL and CONVEY with GENERAL WARRANTY OF TITLE, unto the said
Diversified Leasing Company, Inc., all that certain parcel of
land, with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing situated in Albemarle County, Virginia on the road from
Charlottesville to Hydraulic, known as State Route 743, containing
1.28 acres, designated as parcel "C" on a plat made by William
S. Roudabush, Jr., and Associates dated December 1960 and re-
corded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle
County, Virginia in Deed Book 365, page 409 and being the same
property in all respects as was conveyed to the parties of the
first part by deed of J. L. Hartman and Pauline 11. Hartman, hus-
band and wife, dated 28 July 1966, and recorded in said Clerk's
Office in Deed Book 420, page 74. Reference is here made to said

plat and deed for a more full and complete description of the
hereby conveyed.
The said parties of the first part covenant with the
,party of the second part that they are seised in fee simple of the
property hereby conveyed; that they have a right to convey the
(same; that they have done no act to encumber the same; that the
(party of the second part shall have quiet and peaceful enjoyment

of the said property and that they will execute such other and
further assurances thereof as may be requisite.
