Turner and Joseph Wright identified as tax map 32,parcel 41 in the Rivanna Magisterial District. A 150' cellular tower is located on the subject property. The existing tower was approved under SP-97-21 by the Albemarle County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. As shown on the attached plan, there are 3 wireless carriers located on the existing tower with 3 equipment buildings and cabinets located near the base of the tower within a fenced compound area. T- Mobile will 4th wireless carrier on the existing tower, at height of 120 feet on the existing150 feet tower. The proposed wireless facility will consist of a total nine (9)panel antennas ( six (6) antennas to placed on existing tower at the time of construction and three (3) antennas which may be placed on the tower in case of future capacity needs for the area). The antennas will be approximately 72"x8"x2.75"in size(see attached specification sheet) and will be painted to match existing tower. Near the base of the tower, T-Mobile proposes to place a 10'x 20' concrete pad which will hold a total 3 equipment cabinets (1 proposed and 2 proposed for future capacity needs). Each cabinet will be approximately 63.6"x51"x28"in size (see attached specification sheet). The existing tower is located within the Route 29 Entrance Corridor of Albemarle, on at 1754 Airport Road. T-Mobile's proposed wireless installation will not extend the existing structure and will be the lowest installation the existing tower and will be painted to match the structure and therefore will have limited visibility and as shown on the attached pictures, the fenced in compound area is not visible from either Route 29 or Airport Road. Attached we have shown various views of the subject site with and without our proposed antenna and equipment cabinet installation at the site. During installation and maintenance. the door has to swing open 180°. During service of the cabinets a tent can be piaced over theist :o protect the equipment from unsuitable weather conditions. For cabinet leveling purpose the fatness of the prepared mounting surface :mast be within 3 mrn/2000 mm and level within _ 0.1°. The rear side of the cabinet must not be placed closer than 50 rnm to a wall or to an adjacent cabinet. This is necessary for the installation and removal of the cabinet roof. If the extension cabinet is a battery cabinet and is placed to the left of the radio cabinet, a space of 500mm must be left between he cabinets. Note: The heat exchanger may attract condensation. This may accumulate on the floor of the cabinet. If the site is not already provided with an antenna mast. space must also to be allocated for the mast and its foundation.
