Re: SDP-2003-027 Tip Top Restaurant Major Amendment
Dear Margaret:
I have addressed your comments dated March 22nd.The Following are my responses:
1. The photometric plan has been revised to show the additional pole.
2. The Owner will provide cut sheets for the wall mounted light fixtures under a separate cover.
3. All roof mounted HVAC equipment shall be screened from route 250, I added two notes to the
plan to address this item. (S1 &S2)
4. All landscaping items have been addressed as recommended.
5. Our records show that the Certificate of Appropriateness fee has been submitted. Please call
Katurah Roell if you have not received the fee.
6. The architectural design has not changed for this site.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience if you need anymore information, or have any
questions regarding the changes.
