If the alterations are of similar material, and complimentary to the existing structure'they should be handled administratively. Merry Christmas. Kirk Facsimile TRANSMITTAL to: Kirk Train Fax 295-5122 re: Tip Top Restaurant Vestibule date: December 19, 2002 pages: 4, including this cover sheet Kirk, The customers in the Tip Top Restaurant (250 East) freeze when the front door opens. The owner wants to construct a new vestibule — quickly. The new vestibule would be small (see attached) and would use materials that match the existing ones. It would have a hipped roof and side entry doors. An addition is also proposed for the northwest corner of the building. An application for ARB review has been submitted, but the owner wants to move forward "immediately" with the vestibule, if possible. Would you be comfortable with administrative approval of the vestibule as it is proposed, or would you prefer to wait and have the Board review it with the other addition? Thanks for your help.
