1. Attached are 8 sets of out preliminary building plans for the proposed Brown Auto
Park (initial phase) on Route 29 North revised to 11/22/02. Included in the set are the

These plans provide the detailed information requested by the ARB at our preliminary
hearing on 9/16/02. I believe they are sufficiently developed to clearly describe the
multi-level car dealership facility we are proposing for this property Regarding other
ARB concerns expressed on 9/16/02, please note the following:
1. Screening and Landscaping: These items will be addressed on your site plan.
2. Mechanical Equipment Locations: ARB will continue to be concerned with
this issue. This will be worked out with ARB review in the future.
3. Site Lighting: To be determined with ARB review in the future.
4. Rooftop Parking: Scale is improved by adding a second stair tower, and by
reducing the size of the top parking deck. The top deck now steps back on 3
sides rather than 1 side.
