I was able to reach the project manager last week and he mailed be a sample of the awning material. I have also included the elevation sheet confirming that the wall shown on the west elevation behind the gates is brick. This was confirmed with the project manager for Applebee's. The HVAC units will be on the roof behind the parapet and not visible. Signage shown to the left in the front elevation is actually etched in the window glass. The gooseneck lights around the perimeter of the building is a 32-watt compact fluorescent fixture. I'm still investigating the material for the awnings. Hopefully, I may be able to get a sample.
