This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of revision
proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plan and letter dated 2-29-16:
1. Update the front steps of the townhouse units along Avon Street Extended
2. Add two landscaped retaining walls with a maximum height of 18"
3. Adjust the landscaping as necessary for the step change, same amount of landscaping is provided.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the second (2nd) Letter of Revision for this site. Three(3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE: LETTER OF REVISION #3 -- Avinity Minor Site Plan Amendment (SDP 2014-62)
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Avinity Minor Site Pian Amendment
plan. This plan proposes to update the front steps of the Townhouse units along Avon Street Extended.
The changes in the steps work better with the grades along the bank. In addition, this plan proposes to
construct two landscaped retaining walls with a maximum height of 18" to accommodate some slope
grades for TH unit #1.
Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed site plan changes.
This is the third letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three (3) letters of revision are allowed.
