This plan proposes to update the front steps of the Townhouse units along Avon Street Extended. The changes in the steps work better with the grades along the bank. In addition, this plan proposes to construct two landscaped retaining walls with a maximum height of 18" to accommodate some slope grades for TH unit #1.
