There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed This is the first(1st) Letter of Revision for this site Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. The purpose of this letter of revision is to insert a revised neighborhood center footprint in place of the footprint which is shown on the approved site plan. The overall dimensions of the new neighborhood center are 81'-8"X 38' The dimensions of the neighborhood center as shown on the approved site plan are 60' X 40' As a result of this adjustment, the swimming pool, tot lot, and picnic shelter has been moved to the north approximately 8' The proposed landscaping is also included with this revision, which has been revised slightly to accommodate the neighborhood center and pool area adjustments. The quantity and type of trees and shrubs remain unchanged from the approved site plan.
