Re: ARB-2002-153: Pantops Place Phase 2 (Jefferson Heights Cottages)
Dear Mr. Edwards:
As per our review of the revised plans(Sheets 4& 17)dated May 8, 2003 for the above
referenced project, all of the outstanding conditions of ARB approval as outlined in our letter
dated March 25, 2003 have been addressed. You may consider this letter your Certificate of
Appropriateness. Please note that the information regarding the siding color for buildings 6 & 7
must appear on the elevation drawings that are submitted with the Building Permit application. If
the note does not appear on the elevations,ARB sign-off of the Building Permit will be delayed.
This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials,as proposed and exhibited
for review, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to
execute the design as indicated on the site plan, attachments, materials, samples, and other
submittal items presented. Any changes in the approved design or materials will require an
amendment to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board.
For future reference,please maintain a single contact person throughout the application/review
process. This will aid in the overall coordination of the project and will expedite the review
process.
