Dear Sirs:
The Albemarle County Department of Community Development hereby grants final approval of the
above-mentioned site plan with the following conditions:
1. The plan must be revised to with the photographs or diagram cutsheets and manufacturer's
information for all proposed outdoor lighting fixtures. This includes the information that was
provided to demonstrate that the lamp to be used in the Abolite fixture emits less than 3,000
lumens.
2. Provide additional plan notes with the parking schedule to explain the reduced parking
requirements and referencing the Zoning Division's approval of the parking study.
Please submit two (2)mylar copies and one(1)paper copy of the latest revised plan addressing the
conditions provided above,accompanied with the$410 final site development plan fee,to the
department for signatures at your earliest convenience. In accordance with Section 32.6.1, all copies
of the final site plan must be sealed, signed and dated by an architect,professional engineer, land
surveyor, or certified landscape architect when submitted for final approval.
