Hey Margaret, On Monday we submitted: • ARB packet prepared by SAA o includes renderings, elevations, and floor plans • Initial site plan submitted earlier this month • updated sheets from initial site plan showing the revised footprint and door locations for Block 5 (this has not been submitted to community development for site plan review because these changes were made by the architects after the initial site plan was submitted to the County earlier this month; these sheets were provided to show the ARB what changes have been made to Block 5 since the initial was submitted. These changes will be reflected in the final site plan submittal) • preliminary ARB application • preliminary ARB checklist I've attached the ARB packet that we submitted; please let me know if you did not see this come through the digital portal. If you want to get ARB review started, you can submit an ARB application for a preliminary review, which would include your initial site plan and preliminary architectural designs (submittal checklist here).
