HomeMy WebLinkAboutVA199000030 Agreements 1991-02-14 I, Marian Atwood Peters, of Route 5, Box 341 Albemarle County, Charlottesville, Virginia, being the owner of 2.005 acres designated as Lot A, and a part of the Liberty Hall Tract described in D. B. 447-445 and Tax Map 43 Parcel 24, do hereby grant to Franklin Woodson Peters, also of Route 5, Box 341 Albemarle County, Charlottesville, Virginia, the owner of the Liberty Hall Tract, and the grantor of Plat A, a permanent easement of an existing sewer line running from the property marked "Frame Cottage" on the attached Plat, showing a survey of Lot A, prepared by W. Morris Foster, Land Surveyor, and attached hereto, said sewer line to an existing septic tank and drain field within the 111 boundary of Plat A; and this easement confers on the said Ii Franklin Woodson Peters the right to maintain, use, and repair the said sewer line in perpetuity. Any repairs required to the septic tank and the drain field or other expenses required will be borne equally by the said Marian Atwood Peters and Franklin li Woodson Peters.
