McCulley Zoning Administrator County of Albemarle Department of Zoning 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902-4596 Dear Ms . McCulley: SUBJECT: VA-94-08 VICTORIA ANNE SEYMOUR As an adjacent property owner, I have no objection to Ms . Seymour' s application for a variance to reduce the front setback from 75 to 20 feet . My only concern is the future widening of Route 640 in front of her house. Should this variance be granted, I think it should be under the condition that Ms . Seymour agree that she will forego any right to claim compensation or damages to the residue in the event that the widening of the road necessitates either the removal of her barn or putting the road itself extremely close to it . This agreement should be binding on all future property owners . Sincerely, ohn C. Haskell, Jr. Trustee of the Piedmont Manor Land Trust hsh cc : Ms .
