Matthew Wentland From: Matthew Wantland Sent: Tuesday, May 11, 2021 11:07 AM To: Kenny Thacker Cc: Frank Pohl Subject: Missig WPO202100021 Kenny, We're going to change this to a VSMP submittal, since the land cover did technically change with the removal of the trees. However, we are waiving the requirements (other than the ESC portion) as the runoff is not being concentrated and no impervious was added. This is a $145 fee, so there will be a $5 credit. There is a fee required for the pre -con meeting. This is $63.80 for a VSMP grading permit (versus $200 for the VESCP grading permit), so the fee would be $58.80 with the credit. htts://www.a lbema rle.org/home/showpublisheddocu ment/314/637203134522500000 Matt Wentland, PE Civil Engineer 11 Community Development Department County of Albemarle (434) 296-5832 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902
