Narrative for Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Program
The purpose of removing the trees off of our property is that our disabled son has a debilitating
fear of the trees falling on the property and he could not invoke his right to enjoy the property
due to this fear. We had a certified arborist who evaluated the trees and deemed them "diseased
and dangerous."

Kenny,
We're going to change this to a VSMP submittal, since the land cover did technically change with the removal of the
trees. However, we are waiving the requirements (other than the ESC portion) as the runoff is not being concentrated
and no impervious was added. This is a $145 fee, so there will be a $5 credit. There is a fee required for the pre -con
meeting. This is $63.80 for a VSMP grading permit (versus $200 for the VESCP grading permit), so the fee would be
$58.80 with the credit.
