Following up on our telephone call, please be advised
that the square footage for Ednam #12, the smaller of the
two lots that result from the division of the Knickerbocker
property, will be no less than 7501 square feet. With this
information in hand, I trust you will now be able to re-
schedule the hearing on our variance. You mentioned you
would be willing to discuss the hardship aspects of our
variance request with me. I would appreciate very much the
opportunity to do so prior to the time of the hearing.
