Justification for this variance includes the following: 'Variance will promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the traveling public. the parking reduction requested will help ensure safe and efficient traffic flow. *Other properties in this area have been developed with a more standard layout and do not have the same entrance and traffic flow characteristics. This shopping center with its particular set of circumstances is unique. *There will be no detrimental effects on the adjacent properties. Once again, thanks for your help.
