Dear Mr. & Ms. Leake:
This letter is to inform you that on November 30, 1995, during the meeting of
the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, the Board unanimously (4 : 0)
approved your request for VA-95-19 , subject to the following condition:
Approval shall be limited to the existing encroachment as approved in
building permit 94-343AR.
This variance approval allows relief from Section 14 . 3 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow the front yard setback from Washington Court
to be reduced from 25 to 14 feet, so that an addition to the house approved
in 1994 may remain.
Anyone aggrieved by a decision made by the Board can appeal the decision to
the Circuit Court of Albemarle County within thirty days of the decision.
