Box 6097 Charlottesville, VA 22906 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-95-20, Tax Map 78, Parcel 6 Dear Applicant: This letter is to inform you that on January 2, 1996, during the meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, the Board unanimously approved your request for VA-95-20, subject to the following conditions: 1. This variance is only valid if the signage on parcel 7 is reduced to include only the 96 sqft Ford sign that will remain. If the sign on parcel 7 is ever increased to more than the 96 sqft existing, this variance is null and void and the sign on parcel 6 must be removed within 60 days. 2. This variance is for the existing sign that is being relocated only and cannot be applied to any future sign. All future signs shall comply to the ordinance in effect at the time. 3. If either of the two signs (72 sqft on parcel 6 or 96 sqft on parcel 7) is replaced or remodeled in any way, excluding maintenance, that sign shall conform to the ordinance requirements at the time (as opposed to considering it conforming by variance or using non-conforming requirements.) Art Bushey - VA-95-20 Page Two January 3, 1996 This variance approval allows relief from Section 4.15.12.6 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have a right to appeal the notice within thirty days in accordance with Section 15.1-496-1 of the State Code, or the decision shall be final and unappealable. Such appeal shall be taken within thirty days after the decision appealed from by filing with the Circuit Court of Albemarle County a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof.
