This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that B & B Partnership, T/A Brady
Bushey Ford (owner/applicant), property described as Tax Map 78, Parcel 6, Zoned HC,
Highway Commercial, Rivanna Magisterial District, has made application for VA-95-20,
requesting relief from Section 4.15.12.6 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.
Applicant seeks a variance to increase the height of freestanding sign from 12 ft to
14 ft; and to increase sign face from 32 sqft to 72 sqft.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, January 2, 1996 at
3:00 p.m., in Room 241, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
