I am attaching a revised comment letter here. The additional comment Engineering added was that the stormwater system can't be under the street. They also left it up to Planning to decide whether the Independent Survey Report mentioned in the comments had to be submitted prior to Initial Site Plan approval. Cameron and I briefly discussed this and we think it would be beneficial if we could see a revised Site Plan that shows the locations of the Slopes with their relationship to the proposed improvements before making a decision on this. Please send us that revised Site Plan sheet and we will review and follow up on this comment. Let us know if you have any questions. We (engineering) will ask for it but leave it up to planning to make the call whether the ISP can be approved without a surveyors certification.
