Cooke, III 602 Broad Axe Road Charlottesville, VA 22903 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-96-02, Tax Map 73, Parcel 1 B Dear Applicant: This letter is to inform you that on February 6, 1996, during the meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, the Board unanimously approved your request for VA-96-02, subject to the following conditions: 1. Approve only the 21 foot request which would allow the side/rear addition; 2. This variance is for the construction described within the staff report only but may vary from the actual dimensions described since the architectural plans are not completed at this time. Zoning staff shall review the building permit application for general compliance with this variance. If compliance is not met, the variance is rescinded; 3. Any further expansion of this dwelling must comply with the ordinance at the time of application to the county or request an additional variance. This variance approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have a right to appeal the notice within thirty days in accordance with Section 15.1-496-1 of the State Code, or the decision shall be final and unappealable. Such appeal shall be taken within thirty days after the decision appealed from by filing with the Circuit Court of Albemarle County a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof.
