Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the Board of Zoning Appeal's meeting on January 7, 1997. Realty Partnership Interests strongly opposes the applicant's request for a variance to increase the height of their wall signs from 20 feet to 30 feet. We are in the process of constructing an office building which will approach $2 million. We believe that compromising the area's signage standards not only distracts from our investment, but would indeed discourage additional significantly positive investments in the immediate area.
