Dear Mr. Grady,
Thank you for your correspondence dated December 17, 1996. Unfortunately, I will be
unable to attend the Board of Zoning Appeal's meeting on January 7, 1997.
Realty Partnership Interests strongly opposes the applicant's
request for a variance to increase the height of their wall signs
from 20 feet to 30 feet.
We are in the process of constructing an office building which will approach $2 million.
We believe that compromising the area's signage standards not only distracts from our
investment, but would indeed discourage additional significantly positive investments in
the immediate area.
We respectfully request your denial of the applicant's petition.
