Comment Response Letter
Dear Mr. Moore:
We have reviewed your comments from August 12, 2021 and made the necessary revisions.
Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering.
1. Please remove the parking spaces within the sight line triangle of Block 11. Plan cannot
be approved with obstructions or the ability to obstruct clear view within the sight
triangle.
Curb bump -out has been extended to remove parking spaces within sight distance triangle at
the future Swallowtail Lane entrance. Inlet 158 has been converted to a manhole, and pipe
and inlet calculations have been adjusted accordingly.
2. "No Parking" signs are required along Horizon Road sight line left from proposed Block
10 station 12+00 to 11+00 as shown on Sheet C5.08.
No parking signage has been added to the northbound lanes of Horizon Road, to avoid sight
distance conflicts with the future Honey Bee Way entrance.
We have included PDF copies of the plans and calculations for your review. If you have any
questions or comments, please feel free to give me a call at 434.295.5624 or email at
