RE: Ivy Proper — FSP Plan Review — Review #3 — SDP-2021-00001 - Comment Response Letter
Dear Mr. Moore:
We have reviewed all of your comments from July 22, 2021 and made the necessary revisions.
Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering.
1. A left turn lane at the entrance is warranted. Partial pertinent information was received
but not a complete submittal for adequate review.
Timmons traffic engineer Steve Schmidt emailed the updated Design Waiver, Waiver Memo,
and AM-E on 8/26/2021.
2. The AM-E review will require a potential Design Waiver to be reviewed simultaneously
as it is essential context for approvals. Partial pertinent information was received but
not a complete submittal for adequate review.
