Below are responses to the comments indicated in your July 30' letter following review of our resubmission
earlier in the month. Your memo is attached for reference.
1. Payment has been made in the amount of $559.52. Receipt is attached.
2. Architectural Elevations showing white trim are attached.
3. Two Fastigate English Oaks had been added on the other side of the entrance, along Crozet Avenue
for the previous submission. Following email correspondence with ARB, this current submission
proposes these two large shade trees to be moved further away from the frontage to avoid utilities
and to accommodate future growth
4. Comment received. Please see the revised landscape plan.

RE: ARB-2021-51: Crozet Animal Wellness Center— Final (TMP: 056A2-01-00-00700)
Dear Mr. Wittig,
I have reviewed your resubmittal consisting of perspective views and site plan with revision date of
7/15/21. The following revisions are requested:
1. Submit the EC review fee of $559.52. Be sure to note ARB-2021-51 for tracking purposes.
2. Submit architectural elevation sheets showing the change to white building trim.
3. The comment response letter states that two trees were added along the EC frontage. The plan
shows one tree moved, but none added. Add two more large shade trees to the EC frontage.
4. Two trees have been added along the east side of the parking lot spaced at approximately 60'
on center. The northern tree is very close to existing trees to remain on the northern property
line. Shift that tree south for more equal spacing of trees.
Please provide:
1. Revised drawings addressing each of the conditions listed above. Include updated revision
dates on each drawing.
2. A memo including detailed responses indicating how each condition has been satisfied. If
changes other than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo also.
Highlighting the changes in the drawing with "clouding" or by other means will facilitate review
and approval.
3. The attached Resubmittal Form.
