At their meeting on December 4, 2007, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 4-0 to
approve variance 2007-012, to reduce the size of an existing nonconforming lot from 6,789 to
5,983 square feet, a variance of 1,277 from the minimum lot size of 7,260 square feet.
